Clay Poultices
$10 per clay block (plus tax)
Soft, pure Clay is available in blocks (measuring 4" x 4" x 1") to be utilized as a POULTICE. The purpose of a poultice is to draw out toxins, congestion, swelling or braising.
The clay is flattened into a small form, wrapped in thin cotton cloth and applied over an affected area. As the clay dries it pulls the toxins/congestion/swelling/bruising from within the body. When the clay poultice is dry, it is then inert - no longer functioning as a poultice. To re-use simply run the piece of clay under water, moistening it; then place it in a small plastic bag or container, add a few more drops of water & seal shut. It will re-moisturize itself and be ready to use again within a few hours.
Using the clay poultice in conjunction with the aromatherapy oils, a synergistic effect is created where the aromatic oil helps to soften the tightness of the congestion, enabling the clay poultice to draw out the toxic build-up quicker and more effectively.
